The mother of three took to Instagram on Sunday, July 12, with some deep truths about the root cause of her MomTok drama. Taylor blamed the outbursts on being busy with too many things at once and vented her frustrations on her co-star’s video of them having fun without her in mind.

Taylor emphasized that she is ready to move on from the toxicity of the drama, noting that she would never discredit her friends’ success because she was there to see most of it.

The reality star explained that she became defensive and let her ego get the better of her because she felt betrayed and abandoned by the people she once rooted for.

She underlined that her colleagues have the right to set boundaries after her personal disputes affected the show. Taylor also understood that they had the right to express their opinions without feeling bullied. In her words:

“None of us deserve this. No matter what happened, it doesn’t excuse MY reaction to all of this. It’s on me. I can only control myself. I admit that I’m not myself, and that hurts to admit.”

Mother-of-three says she’s ready to let go of animosity and embrace ‘abundance’

Taylor continued in the lengthy caption that between her breakup with Dakota Mortensen, the restraining orders, the domestic violence allegations and the temporary loss of two shows, her brain has been rewired. She agreed that it was her responsibility to recalibrate her focus and rewire her brain to feel happier on days.

Taylor then touched on the subject of her children, who were the subject of custody arrangements between her and her ex-partners. On July 8, during a custody hearing, a judge extended Taylor’s parenting time to extend her weekend with their child, Ever, until Monday morning, more than a month after the preliminary hearing.

The reality TV star admitted she misses her children, expressing her pain at having limited access to them, while also admitting she feels heartbroken. “I feel at war, I’m afraid of who I can trust, and I just wanted to share the reality of what I’m feeling. I don’t want to feel hostility; I want to feel abundance,” she stressed.

As reported by ExplosionTaylor will join TV big names like Jesse Draper, Whitney Leavitt, Jen Affleck and Layla Taylor to host the season.

However, the group did make one move on social media that prompted Taylor to throw shade at the squad’s failure to diminish her influence or downplay her.

Taylor didn’t shy away from subtly reminding the group that despite her previous stints with ABC and Hulu and domestic violence allegations, she’s still in high demand.

Television shows like Dancing With the Stars and Miami Swim Week have approached her about speaking engagements, she said, and she may even get a contract for a memoir.

The reality star noted that the group’s display made an already bad day worse for her, as Draper clarified that their little dance wasn’t meant to make her feel terrible.

Draper insisted that the group was trying to make the video fun, like the good old days, and it wasn’t meant to be a shadow for Taylor, who was absent during the shenanigans.

The former couple’s viral clip has left some repercussions behind, prompting statements from the duo and their reps. As soon as the video was released, ABC canceled Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette just days before it aired, leaving the reality star feeling down.

She admitted that it was a difficult period for her to deal with the consequences of her actions in the video, and staying out of the public eye meant only not enjoying the rewards of her work. In the video, one of the chairs Taylor threw at Dakota left a mark on her minor daughter after hitting her.

While Taylor has weathered the flames of the controversial music video and the backlash that followed, Dakota revealed through her rep that he wanted their drama to have a different outcome when it comes to public involvement.

His representative emphasized that Dakota hardly put up a fight, letting everything happen to him during their relationship. However, in the end, he realized that he could no longer fold his hands. Dakota’s response to the video has played out in the form of restraining orders in court.
