According to independent energy analysts, Ukrainian attacks disabled one third of Russia’s oil refining capacity.

As a result, the fuel shortage forced Moscow to extend bans on gasoline exports and limit sales in more than 40 regions and Crimea.

President Putin says the strikes are not critical and insists the war will continue until his goals are achieved.

And Russia continues its attacks on Ukraine, including a massive strike on Kiev on Thursday.

So, can economic pressure on Russia end the fifth-year war?
