Police have reportedly released audio of Tay Keith’s girlfriend asking the producer to check on her well-being
According to TMZThe girl, Tay Keith, whose name has not been released, reportedly called the Metro Nashville Police Department to request a well-being check. In addition, the publication obtained an audio message in which she expressed her concern for Keith.
In the audio recording, Keith’s girlfriend explained that it had been more than 24 hours since she heard from him. In addition, she stated that he “occasionally” has breathing problems. Moreover, she even noted that he has high blood pressure.

As the audio progressed, it was explained that Tay Keith had asked his girlfriend to come over. However, “suddenly” she stopped hearing him. She further explained that she had been calling and texting him ever since he asked her to come over the day before.
“I came back to check last night…knocking on the door, no one answered. So I came back here and still no answer,” – she explained.

Ultimately, his death prompted social media users to log on TSR comments sectionsharing their grief. Instagram user @prettychaoss__ wrote, “Intro to all the best songs 💔💔 so young.” While Instagram user @secretlykiyah wrote, “Every time I heard his name in a song I knew it was going to be good 💔”
