Sai Sudharsan dazzles with a magnificent 168 against Sri Lanka A
After the loss of India Aman Mohadeh for 37, Sudharsan came to the crease and looked completely in control from the start. The stylish left-hander combined an elegant game with immense patience, spinning his shots elegantly while punishing every failure. He brought up his half-century before turning it into another memorable century, frustrating the Sri Lankan bowlers throughout the day.

His brilliant innings eventually ended on 168 as the left-arm spinner Dilum Sudeera finally broke the marathon batting capping off one of the best innings of the unofficial Test series.
The left-hander’s knock was filled with classy drives, authoritative cuts and excellent awareness of the game, earning widespread appreciation from fans, many of whom hailed him as one of India’s brightest red-ball prospects. He also shared a massive partnership with Devdutt Padikalwho narrowly missed out on a century after being dismissed for 94, helping India A completely wrest the momentum away from the hosts.
India A claims complete dominion over Sri Lanka A

India A then produced some superb batting. Mohade gave the visitors a quick start before Sudharsan and Padikal took complete control of the marathon stand for the second wicket. After Sudharsan’s dismissal, captain Jurel continued the momentum and remained unbeaten on 43 at the time of writing.
At 378/3 in 96 overs, India A already lead by 12 runs in the first innings, taking the lead for the remainder of the contest. With Jurel still on top and plenty of batting left, the visitors will now be looking to build a big lead and put Sri Lanka A completely out of the game.
