In addition to the Raptors, Marks said the San Antonio Spurs have begun monitoring his situation in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-solid\"><p>&#8220;He has the right to an extension, he has two years left. I mean, I think a lot of teams in the playoffs are watching what happens with Kawhi Leonard,\u201d he said during coverage of the 2026 NBA Draft on Wednesday.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>His co-host, Malika Andrews, was curious to find out which teams were following Leonard. Marx said this:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-solid\"><p>&#8220;Maybe his former teams.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Spurs recently completed a remarkable run in the playoffs, led by a young core of the team. However, they lost in the NBA Finals against the New York Knicks. One of the problems they had was a lack of offensive options and veteran experience, which Kawhi Leonard could solve if he was traded to San Antonio.<\/p>\n<p>Leonard and Victor Wembanyama would be an interesting duo as they are both excellent scorers and elite defenders.
