Incessant Ukrainian attacks on oil refineries caused a fuel crisis in Russia.
According to independent energy analysts, Ukrainian attacks disabled one third of Russia’s oil refining capacity.
As a result, the fuel shortage forced Moscow to extend bans on gasoline exports and limit sales in more than 40 regions and Crimea.
