Rockstar Games reveals GTA 6 pre-order date
On Thursday, June 18, 2026, Rockstar Games announced that pre-orders for GTA 6 will go live June 25, 2026. The game will soon be available for purchase in digital storefronts and a few select retailers.
Since the game is coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, it will be available for purchase in their store apps. As for individual retailers, there is no confirmation yet on which physical stores will be selling the game.
At the moment, there is no information about how much the game will cost. Fans will have to wait until June 25, 2026 to find out its price. There is also a high chance that the developers will give up the third trailer along with pre-orders next week.
Along with the pre-order date, Rockstar Games also released the game’s official artwork. The cover features Jason Duvall, Lucia Caminos, Bubby Ike, and Raul Bautista, along with images of a helicopter, boat, motorcycle, crocodile, and female NPC.
During Take-Two Interactive’s earnings call a few weeks ago, CEO Strauss Zelnick confirmed that Rockstar Games will start selling the game come summer. This statement is proving to be accurate as the American giants have finally started the marketing rhythms.
