Sornsueknoi FA Group entered ONE Friday Fights 150 with the most pressure of his entire promotional career. The Thai knockout came out a completely different fighter.
The 31-year-old FA Group affiliate takes on compatriot Rambong Sor Terapat in the co-main event of The Inner Circle 18, which airs in primetime Asia from Bangkok’s legendary Lumpinee Stadium on Friday 12 June.
He impressively rekindled his momentum last April with a second-round TKO over Nuapet Torfunfarm, a heavy skid that threatened to derail him ONE Championship travel.
The preparation for this decisive victory was by no means easy. Sornsueknoi spent every minute leading up to the contest, fully aware of how high the stakes were — and what a third straight loss would mean for his future.

Speaking to the world’s largest martial arts organization ahead of his next assignment, the Thai destroyer spoke of the emotional burden he was carrying.
“Before I got in the ring, I admit I felt a lot of pressure because if I lost three fights in a row, my chances of success in this promotion would probably be difficult,” Sornsueknoi said.
The FA Group affiliate added: “Once I secured the win it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders.”
Sornsueknoi remains highly critical of his own approach
While he really feels the burden lifted from his shoulders, Sornsueknoi does not bite off more than it can chew ahead of his battle at The Inner Circle 18 this Friday.
The 31-year-old approached the fight camp with a sharp and hungry mindset, fully committed to upgrading his craft to ensure victory remains within reach against Rambong Sor Therapist.
“I still saw my weaknesses, especially my approach, which is still too slow,” he told ONE Championship. “So I’m back to work hard and develop my footwork to move faster for this upcoming fight.”
